## 🔭 Captives War Pt. II → Visualization Lab → [[Perceptagon]]

**Trigger context:** Reading *Captives War* Part Two — the human-managed visualization lab used to convey research findings to the Caryx. That image is the seed for how I want [[Perceptagon]] to function inside [[Sense Collective]] / [[Shur Creative Partners]] / [[ShurAI]].

### Core insight
[[Perceptagon]] is not a dashboard layer. It is a **shared sense-making surface** — a place where humans, agents, and clients meet around a living representation of a brand's world. [[Totem Protocol]] supplies the open ontological substrate (identity, relationship, value-flow primitives). [[ShurIQ]] supplies the proprietary encoding of brand strategy, ethos, and competitive positioning on top of it. Together they project onto multiple **design, visualization, sonification, and actuation surfaces** that compound understanding rather than just report it.

### The body-as-system analogy
A traditional BI dashboard is a thermometer. [[ShurIQ]] is closer to a body's regulatory ecosystem — respiration, perspiration, circulation, hormonal feedback. As the brand's systems function, they emit signals that *reveal* their state. The job of [[Perceptagon]] is to make those signals legible across the right surface for the right observer at the right moment.

### Why this is not "BI"
- **Ground truth is constructed**, not assumed — via curated ontology + knowledge graph
- **Stack ranking happens against a custom rubric** designed per client, per market lens
- Lenses are then **applied internally** to the brand's own value flows + customer/stakeholder discourse + active social intelligence
- The output is not a report — it's a **continuously updated representation of intent vs. reality** with surfaced intervention points (highest impact, lowest cost/risk)

### Intake → ecosystem
When [[Shur Creative Partners]] does a [[client intake]], we are building:
- Knowledge graph + ontology + taxonomy
- Visual + business-logic grammar
- Brand style + ethos encoding
- Network map: customers, stakeholders, suppliers, peers
- Translation layer (discourse grammar) between intent ↔ encoding ↔ public/private data

Public data alone produces exceptional output. With private/sensitive sources (handled via [[zero-knowledge proofs]] + brand-policy-aware queries), output becomes **exponentially** more powerful.

### What I want to design today
1. How do we **convey the compounding value** of [[ShurIQ]] *beyond* the initial diagnostic report?
2. The first report is the "physical exam" — it diagnoses + prescribes. What is the ongoing relationship?
3. What surfaces does [[Perceptagon]] need to expose to make that ongoing value *felt*, not just claimed?
